Two often over-looked, key aspects of the mediation process are: Selection of the mediator; Preparation for the mediation. In this presentation, Mark Fingerman will give practical tips on the key qualities of a mediator to consider in the selection process and the core elements of mediation preparation, including inherent ethical factors.
SMBA Members can earn 1 hour of participatory credit and 1 hour of legal ethics for attending the lunch program. Seasons 52 will provide a buffet style lunch for $28 per person (gratuity included). Seasons 52 offers $8 valet parking, or you can park in nearby city parking structures. If you stay after the presentation, you can meet fellow attendees. Non-members have the option of either becoming a member or paying a $25 administrative fee in order to receive MCLE credit.
