Gun Violence v. Domestic Violence: The Differences in Restraining Orders

 Commissioner Mathew St. George of the Los Angeles Superior Court, West District, will speak on the difference in restraining orders with focus on the differences between gun violence and domestic violence.

 SMBA Members can earn 1 hour of MCLE participatory credit for attending the lunch program. Wokcano will provide a buffet style lunch. Registration is $35 for members and $40 for non-members (gratuity included). If you stay after the presentation, you can meet fellow attendees. Non-members have the option of either becoming a member or paying a $25 administrative fee in order to receive MCLE credit.
