We will cover the truth and fiction associated with this generally misunderstood and often maligned financial tool and how a senior homeowner can use the product to stay in their home.  There will be emphasis on the income and capital gains considerations.

Mr. Wood is a California attorney, inactive status, and a former law school instructor in the areas of Wills and Trusts.  He is a Reverse Mortgage Loan Consultant with over 40 years of financial industry experience.  

Thursday, starting at noon, program from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
