The Honorable Lawrence H. Cho Presents

His "View From The Bench:" Have you ever wondered how judges make decisions? This MCLE presentation gives you a peek behind the bench into the thoughts and process of one West District judicial officer, the Hon. Lawrence H. The Honorable Lawrence H.
